As we approach another Christmas Day without you, Mum, I just wanted to leave a little message here. As we all busily prepare to ensure the children have a wonderful surprise in the morning, I remember happy times of our own delights of waking up on Christmas morning. What I would give for you to be here in the morning, watching your grandchildren make their own similar memories of this special time of the year. I hope you will be with us all tomorrow, keeping Chris and his family safe in Florida, keeping that baby of Jen’s tucked up nice and warm for a bit longer, and keeping Dad fit and well to enjoy his little festive break too.
